I work with professional women who are capable, responsible, and functioning well

And who are noticing that life and work now take more effort to sustain.

Not because something is wrong.
But because momentum, expectation, and responsibility have slowly taken the lead often without space to pause and choose deliberately.

My work sits in that moment.

My Approach

I don’t work by pushing for change or optimisation.

I work by helping women slow things down just enough to:

  • notice how decisions are currently being made

  • recognise where choice has thinned

  • change the way pressure is being carried

  • move forward without overriding themselves

As steadiness returns, effort often eases.

Not because life becomes simpler but because decisions stop requiring self-override.

Why I do this work

Over years of working closely with women in demanding roles, a pattern became clear.

Many weren’t struggling because they lacked confidence, clarity, or capability.
They were struggling because responsibility had quietly become the primary decision-maker.

This work grew from recognising that moment and learning how to meet it without force.

My background

My background spans education, leadership, and professional coaching, with over two decades of experience working across different systems, cultures, and contexts.

I bring a grounded, practical presence to this work; one that values discernment, pacing, and respect for complexity.

Sessions are offered in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

How we might work together

I work with women through:

  • 1:1 coaching

  • small group programs

  • workshops and speaking engagements

The format varies.
The approach doesn’t.

It remains calm, reflective, and focused on helping women navigate responsibility without leaving themselves behind.

A note on confidentiality

This work is held with care, discretion, and respect for privacy.

There is no expectation to share more than feels appropriate.

If you’re exploring next steps

If something here resonates, you don’t need to decide anything now.

You might choose to begin with a short pause to notice how you’re currently moving, and whether responsibility has started choosing for you.

The Autopilot Check-In is a simple place to begin.
