Published work exploring relationships, self-trust, and discernment
My books were written during an earlier chapter of my work, focused on relationships, emotional patterns, and how people learn to trust themselves again after disconnection.
While my work has since expanded into leadership, responsibility, and decision-making, these books remain foundational to how I understand human behaviour, boundaries, and internal reference.
How Do You Know He’s the One
Exploring discernment, communication, and relational red flags
This book examines what respectful love and communication can look like in a healthy partnership and how to recognise when something isn’t right.
Through clear explanations and practical scenarios, it explores common relational patterns, early warning signs, and the difference between healthy and harmful behaviour.
Written to support thoughtful discernment rather than fear-based decision-making, the book offers a grounded lens on choosing relationships with clarity and self-respect.

How to Heal from a Toxic Relationship
Rebuilding self-trust after emotional disconnection
This book focuses on the relationship we have with ourselves particularly after experiences that erode trust, clarity, or self-worth.
It explores how emotional patterns form, how people override themselves to maintain connection, and how self-trust can be restored gradually and safely.
The emphasis is not on blame or fixing, but on understanding, reflection, and steady reconnection.

A note on my current work
While these books centre on personal and relational contexts, the themes they explore self-trust, boundaries, discernment, and internal authority continue to inform my work today.
My current focus supports professional women navigating responsibility, momentum, and choice helping them move forward without overriding themselves.
