Small Group Programs

A steady space to slow the momentum alongside others

Small group programs are for professional women who want depth and steadiness
without noise, performance, or pressure to have it all figured out.

These programs offer a contained space to pause, orient, and move forward deliberately while being supported by the presence of others who are navigating similar responsibilities.

You don’t come to be fixed.
You don’t come to perform.

You come to stay connected to yourself while movement continues.
What makes this work different
These are not discussion groups or content-heavy programs.

They are thoughtfully facilitated spaces where:

-
pace is slowed just enough to restore perspective

-
attention returns to how decisions are being made

-
responsibility no longer requires self-override

-
movement becomes steadier again

The group itself becomes part of the stabilising force; not through comparison, but through shared orientation.
Who these programs are for
Small group programs are well suited if you:

-
are functioning well, but feel less present inside your life or work

-
sense that momentum has been carrying you further than you intended

-
want support without advice, fixing, or motivational pressure

-
value depth, privacy, and intelligent facilitation

-
want to move forward with yourself intact, not pushed

You don’t need to know what you want yet.
You only need to recognise that continuing as you are may cost something.
How the groups work
Groups are intentionally small and carefully held.

Sessions are:

-
reflective and practical

-
paced rather than rushed

-
grounded in lived experience, not theory

You’ll be guided to notice:

-
where choice has thinned

-
how responsibility shows up in your decisions

-
what changes when you stop overriding yourself under pressure

There’s no expectation to share more than feels appropriate.
Silence and reflection are as welcome as words.
Current Programs
At different points throughout the year, I offer small group programs that explore these themes in greater depth.

Programs may vary in length and focus, but they all share the same core intention:
To help women move forward consciously, steadily, and without leaving themselves behind.

If a program is open, you’ll find details here.

If nothing is currently open, you’re welcome to express interest or begin with the Autopilot Check-In.
What women often notice
“Being in a group without pressure to perform was unexpectedly grounding. I stopped rushing myself and things started to settle.”
“I didn’t realise how much I’d been overriding myself until I heard others name the same patterns. The group gave me language and steadiness I hadn’t had before.”
If you’re curious how this kind of space has felt for others, you can read a few reflections here.
