You're Not Falling Apart.
You're Just Done Holding It All Together.
You keep telling yourself this time will be different. You keep hoping, keep trying, keep holding the family together and somewhere in all that holding, you stopped holding yourself.
The Cycle You Keep Hoping Will Break
You've made up your mind before. More than once. And somehow you're still here, still waiting for the change that never quite comes.
The Loneliness No One Else Sees
From the outside, everything looks fine. He's charming, sociable, well-liked. So when you try to explain what it's really like, you're not sure anyone would believe you.
You're the one holding it together: financially, emotionally, for the kids and somehow you're still the one made to feel like the problem.
Doing Everything, Blamed Anyway
There are three stages to this journey. You know which one you're in and I'll begin there.
Wherever You Are, I'll Meet You There
- You Know, But You're Not Ready to Leave Yet
Another day, and you're still carrying that pain: that frustration of wondering when you'll finally tell your family, tell the world, that it's over. You no longer want to cook for him, or listen to him criticise you and your family. You're tired of him making fun of you in front of the children, tired of being demeaned after everything you've put in to hold it all together. You want to live on your own terms, instead of putting yourself last - again. You're tired of carrying it alone for years. Tired of sacrificing yourself for everyone else's happiness. Tired of being the first one up and the last one to sleep. Tired of keeping the peace for the children's sake. Tired of paying another bill because he always has something more important to spend on.
You've already decided to move on somewhere deep inside of you. You know this marriage is no longer working. You just keep carrying it until one day you can't anymore. And when that day comes, you stop waiting for permission, you no longer are worried about what people will say. Every bridge has burnt down. You know that time has arrived to move on.
That's when I'll be ready for you.
That's exactly where I will hold your hand and walk with you.
- You've Separated, Now What?
You've made the decision and now the real questions begin. How will custody work. Who gets what. How do you manage everything alone. Some moments you feel relief you don't have to put up with it anymore. Other moments you wonder if you've made the biggest mistake of your life. Both feelings are real. Both make sense. This is where we work through them.
- You're Divorced
For everyone around you, the hard part is done. For you, it's just beginning. The papers are signed but your identity has shifted, friendships have split, the financial ground feels shaky. Community judgment doesn't end when the divorce does. This is often the loneliest stage — and the one least understood by the people closest to you.
A structured 12-session program, paced over roughly six months. The patterns you've lived by didn't form overnight: they were built across years of adapting, surviving, and putting everyone else first. Neuroscience tells us that real change, the kind that holds, not a single breakthrough moment. Six months gives your mind and nervous system the space not only to understand but to actually shift and adapt. Every session moves forward towards the woman you are becoming.
Reclaim You - A Path Back to Yourself
Phase One - We Stop the Spiral
The mind is spinning: replaying conversations, catastrophising, jumping between past and future. Before anything else, we stop the spiral and find out what's actually true right now. The truth, not the fear-story.
Phase Two - We Rebuild Your Trust in Yourself
This is the real work. Not confidence as a mindset trick, but a steady, reliable sense of your own judgment, so decisions stop feeling like guesswork.
Phase Three - You Move Forward as Yourself
You make decisions without waiting for permission. You know what you will and won't accept. You stop apologising for choosing yourself. This isn't who you were before the marriage: it's someone who knows more, trusts herself more, and asks less of others to validate what she already knows.
Each session draws on what's actually live for you that week - a court date, a co-parenting flashpoint, a moment of doubt, inside whichever phase you're in. You always leave with something real to hold onto, it's never just a conversation.
You Don't Have to Carry This Alone
